Mathletes,
We will have pizza this week. Unless an unforeseen tragedy occurs, we will have pizza every week.
We will have our first official team practice this week. This practice is for new and returning members (and anyone who just wants to see what math team is all about).
We will hand out prizes (candy bars and/or math socks) for anyone who completed the summer challenges.
The 2 challenges were: increase your level in the MathCounts trainer by 10 and/or complete the Brilliant.org Contest Math course. Bring a printout showing your accomplishment to receive your prize.
We will also go over expectations and procedures for the year.
