I encourage you to create an account and try it out. Spending time using it every week will give you a lot of exposure to the kinds of problems you’ll see in competition.
We also took a look at the attached formula sheet, terms, and form of answers. I encourage you to look over them and bring any questions you have to practice. You are also always welcome to email me or Coach Rob.
This week is the first week with bonus work. Bonus work is optional. If you show me your completed bonus work at the next practice, you’ll get candy and a bonus point towards MathCounts attendance.
The bonus work this week is to make flashcards out of the formula sheet. I have attached sample pictures of some of my flash cards. If you bring completed cards to practice next week, you will get a bonus point. My hope is that you will use your cards to learn some of the formulas.
